R.I.P. Your Productivity: We're Going to Need a Longer Post

Sup, my rad dudes? Welcome to another edition of R.I.P. Your Productivity! I would just like to say that for the first time in my whole life, I (along with the rest of my family) am the proud owner of a DOG! Look at this beautiful bastard:
We're all in heaven now awwing with the angels.
NOW LET'S DO THIS! AAAAHHHHHH!

FOR YOUR BRAIN
The Company of Myself
A slightly short but sweet puzzle game in which you use copies of yourself to progress. It also manages to be a lot more thoughtful and poignant than most online games though that's not saying a lot.

FOR YOUR EARS
TV on the Radio - Nine Types of Light
This is the whole new TVOTR album with music videos for each song. It's about an hour long so make sure you have the time available. PS: Watch until after the credits for bonus hilarity.

Beth Orton - Daybreaker (Four Tet Remix)
Four Tet is just very good at remixing things, especially for people (read: me) who do not like dance music or hip hop in the slightest.

FOR YOUR EYES
A choose your own adventure musical brought to you by Neil Cicierega (of Brodyquest and Potter Puppet Pals fame) and Emmy Cicierega (of her own tumblr fame). It's very much worth watching all the outcomes as they are all hilarious and awesome.

And we're done! Another masterpiece made by me thanks to my very good writing ability. #notintendedtobeafactualstatement
As always, R.I.P. your productivity.
PS: Please comment and tell me if you are reading these. There's not much point in doing them if they are just going unnoticed.

  1. I'm reading, for sure. Nobody seems to get a whole lot of comments here, but I know from talking to Chris we get a fair amount of traffic every day.

I put up a poll on a Twin Peaks post and it got over 20 voters, though we've never had more than a few people respond in the comments to any one post.

Wonder if there is a way to see what pages are getting how many hits? I know there are some changes in store for the site anyway toward the end of this week, so we'll see how things work then.

  2. I'm reading these posts!

My productivity has now been killed by The Company of Myself (it reminds me a lot of the game Braid).

    Congrats on the new dog!
