Monster Fit Club: Week 16


Welcome Back! I want to start off by reminding participants and also Monsters who are contemplating joining MFC that you don't have to have a weight loss goal to join. The majority of us are trying to lose pounds, but if you just want to lose inches that's fine too. If you just have a fitness goal you want to reach, jump right on in! If you do want to lose pounds, there is no need to share your actual weight. Just tell us how many pounds you are down and how close you are to your goal. MFC is whatever you want it to be...Let's do this!

We are getting super close to bikini season, so let's report on our progress.

This week I lost 0 lbs. I have a 14 lbs. total loss. I am 6 lbs. away from my 20 lb. goal.

Well, technically, I lost 0.5 lbs, but I am going to add it to next week's (*FINGERS CROSSED*) weight loss. It was so little that I don't even want to count it. However, I am happy to see a slight budge on the scale. Honestly, I am surprised I lost anything at all. I didn't get all my workouts in, and I ate shit all week...So there's that.

I have a mini-vacation planned for the second week in June, so this week, I need to get back in the swing of things.

  2. I was sick last week for three or four days, so I didn't get to exercise at all. Then I ate a bunch of crap this weekend. But this week it seems like I'll be back on track...and it doesn't look like I gained any, which is good.

  3. I have no idea what the hell has happened, but since joining MyFitnessPal I have lost about seven (7!!!) pounds. I have lost 4.4 pounds this week, had to double check, but was consistant on other days, so...

    Now I'm only 8 pounds away from my 28 pound goal. After that I'll evaluate how to carry on (and enjoy it of course!)

    I'm new to this blog, but when I saw MFC I followed your advice and joined MFP. The extremely simple calorie math finally makes sense!

    After one week, I've lost 3 pounds! My goal is 37 pounds now. I gained 30 pounds in 9 months -- a year ago. I want to lose the weight because I'm graduating, moving, and starting an amazing job in a few months.

    I've been reading past weeks of MFC for motivation, great job everyone!

  6. I haven't been doing this all year, but in the last couple of weeks I've been working out more. I am going to a wedding in two weeks and pulling out the bathing suit the following weekend (in front of boys! ugh blerg)

    Okay so in the last couple weeks I've lost 3 lbs. Not exactly shedding the pounds, but I'm proud of my exercising, even if I'm only running a couple miles.

  7. Cause I might as well, I ate crap this past weekend and gained 4(!) pounds. This week I'm stressed as hell and don't see it going away. I'm going to try really hard not to give up. But that sucked really hard.
